::My grandson accidentally knocked a candle off the corner of low bench in store. My daughter immediately offered to pay for it and then tried to ask for a brush and pan to clean it up.The nasty retail assistant who Im sure didn't understand English was rude brusque and totally unprofessional. We are visitors to Devonport and your store had been recommended. My daughter was embarrassed the young one distraught as he didnt understand why the assistant was so rude and his mother stressed. Please employ people who have at least some idea of how to deal with customers. WE WON'T BE BACK!!!
