  It is located at the center of Hamilton and upper floors give an excellent view of the river. It is near a mall and there are many shops along Victoria avenue but these shops and mall retailers close early (as early as 4pm on some days). The rooms are average and clean. Toiletries dont include a toothbrush so you better bring one along. In terms of food/breakfast, the menu is the same every morning for the entire week we stayed and choices are limited

  Exceptional hotel staff with quality service. Food quality was very good. A quick walk to the bars and restaurants

  Very comfortable and clean, with a king size bed and a decent sized couch to stretch out on. Crisp air-con, minibar, kettle for hot drinks and a Nespresso machine with pods. Large flat screen TV. Huge shower in an attractive bathroom. Good bar and restaurant in the lobby - Restaurant on Alma - serving a great assortment of local produce.

  Very central to Hamilton. Less than a minutes walk to bars and restaurants. $15 to self park or $20 for valet service. Ideal hotel for exploring the local area. The hotel "spa" consisted of a separate male and female steam room that didn't work and a hot tub that was partially working. Rooms very nice. Staff excellent!
