  I really enjoyed my stay here. Comfy room with a view over the lake. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with something for everyone.

  A solid hotel option only minutes walk from Queenstown city centre. The room was nice and tidy with comfy beds, though the small bathroom with dated shower/bath/curtain combo is pretty uncomfortable. Lake view is fine for though largely obscured by tree so not worth the extra. A courtyard view room would have been just as nice. Staff very friendly and attentive to requests. The proximity to town is its biggest asset, you can be at any of the many restaurants in town within minutes on food. Would stay again.

  Positioned in just about the best location in Queenstown. Shops, restaurants and other attractions literally minutes from your room. Beautiful garden beds surround the rear, where you also get to take in the picturesque views of the lake. Lovely staff and the ambience of fresh flowers in the lobby and dining areas.

  Had ground floor lakeside room - lots of entertainment at front from backpackers slacklining and singing etc with guitars. Room quite nice.... room was dark, cool and quiet, beds comfortable and large pillow menu... we slept well which always makes everything feel better :) Queenstown is beautiful and so easy to get to things. Novotel is the pick I think for walking to anything in the town.... just so convenient
