  Meant to write a review awhile ago but didn't get around to it then forgot. Novus was incredibly helpful, prompt and went out of their way to make sure I received the best service possible. I dropped my car off early in the morning to get the windscreen replaced, they then offered to drop me at school, saving me a taxi fare or a rather long walk. When my car was fixed they went above and beyond what was required and dropped my car off to me at school, leaving the keys at the office. This saved a lot of hassle and time for me. Can't recommend their service enough, they make sure to really look after their customers and it goes a long way. 10/10

  Grandpa is amazing to deal with. Went the extra mile to fix a chip in my chryslers window, after my car was bullied by a Chevy. Fast friendly service.

  Super expensive chip repair , 3mm chip $80. And chip is still just as visible. Done really fast while I waited which upped my rating
