::As a graduate of the college I do not agree with the comment below. If anything Raffles is the largest education provider in the Asia Pacific, which in itself I would say is pretty reputable and not as quoted "cash cow". The college policies are made very clear right from the start and being an education sector, ofcourse as a student you are expected to perform at a certain level which means completing course work on time. And for your information it is called a "late submission penalty" not a fine. I dont see people complaining to the movie store or the library when they charge you for returning items late, so why complain when you have to do the same in college. It is a penalty easily avoided if work is done on time. Every individual as a right to their own thoughts, however, such bias reviews should not be published without the full truth.

::Do not study at Raffles, it is just a cash cow for an Asian conglomerate. I got told jobs would open up in the ECE sector. This was a bare faced lie, I rung around and no one in the industry had heard of Raffles College and said a bare minimum is a certificate from a reputable university. They fine you for handing in papers late and NEVER hand back any of your assignments.
