::The cafe is cute, cozy, and the staff are friendly enough. We ordered a flat white, hot chocolate, and two cheese scones. The drinks were delicious (flat white needed sugar) but the scones were revolting. I took two bites before abandoning while my husband tried to finished half - they tasted like they were made from sawdust. 😱😱 Worst texture - it’s not hard to make a scone but these were awful. The rest of the food looked ok but a bit on the high priced side.(A pie was $8) Probably wouldn’t come back for food but maybe if I needed to grab a coffee. They also had a shelf of gorgeous kiwi products for purchase that we perused while waiting for our drinks.
