  Helpful friendly staff, found what we wanted easily, quality product, loved that we could park right outside.

  Walked in and got served straight away, not that there was anyone else in store but got things I needed and advice from management on what to get and good prices as well.

  The store layout was terrible took me ages to find what I needed. While staff seemed to go out of their way to avoid interacting with me even though I was obviously looking for something. Two staff members even walked past me and before I had a chance to ask them they disappeared out the back. Disappointing customer service....well to be honest NO customer service. Very little signage to help find things. In the end I gave up and walked out. Was a pretty dissatisfying experience.

  Better prices than warehouse stationary. Manager is pretty good. Gave a good discount. Thanks
