I rent a Toyota Corolla 1.8 model, the exterior got unexpected scratches around the car, but interior is in great condition. It’s 2015, I would say price is great with the condition, price has already including the road assist and car seats, Customer service is good, would come again, next time I would like to get a new shape of Corolla, Omega please get more of new models, thanks!!

Omega were fantastic to deal with. Vehicle was modern, in great condition, and offered no problems whatsoever. The Value for money was amazing, and I highly recommend the full insurance offering if driving out on the southern roads. We had a stone crack the windscreen on the way out to Milford Sound, and was super easy to deal with the friendly staff. Pick up and drop off were timely and friendly. Will definately use Omega again where possible.

While looking for a rental car in Queenstown Omega was by far the most affordable. The car we hired was a trusted and reliable Nissan Tiida. Mechanically the car was in top shape with no issues and it drove really well. The service was great. I would have given a 5 star rating but the car smelt really bad (damp wet smell). We only noticed it the next morning. After calling Omega to see if we could possibly swap the car they offered to clean it again. We never had time to wait for the car to be cleaned so we ended up buying 2 air fresheners that made the smell bearable. I would definitely use omega again and hopefully get a better smelling car.

Very easy to deal with and everything worked and did what it said on the tin. The pick up to/from the airport was easy to arrange and friendly. The car was out the front and ready to drive away. Full insurance cover was simple to sort and covered all the expected things. Forms were quick to read and sign. Highly recommend.

Potentially one of the worst car I have ever rented. How did this car pass Vehicle Testing NZ? Cable tied car wheel rims, car panels missing, headlights which hardly work (requiring high beaming at night)...This is an example of how rental car companies make a profit. Any previous driver who has had an accident gets charged for repair...repairs do not get done and the accumulated damage just gets passed on to the subsequent driver.
