::quite good & smooth experience in getting the car but returning part is something need to be improved as due to the working time difference for winter and summer season. I collected car at Queenstown branch & returning at Auckland airport. I nearly unable to return the car properly due to Auckland depot only work until 530pm in Sept due to Sept falls in Winter season with shorter working hour (even though website & agreement said 630pm which is referring to summer season starts from 1 Oct)

::OMEGA GAVE US A CAR WITH FAULTY BREAKS! Never hire a car with Omega if you value your safety. I have never encountered a company with so little regard for the safety of their customers. They were rude and arrogant and refused to help us despite providing us with a non roadworthy car. They use dodgy business practices such as waiting for you to sign the rental contract before stapling additional paper which states you can incur further liabilities despite you never signing or agreeing to this. They refused to give us a refund or a replacement car after we informed them that the breaks cut out, leaving us in an extremely dangerous position. Further they claimed the mechanic looked at the breaks and told us they were fine to use, only to find out from another employee that the man who checked our breaks was not a qualified mechanic! Their slogan 'upfront and honest' is a lie, Omega did nothing but lie to us, both about the mechanic and the state of the car. They refused to listen to us, were rude and disrespectful. I will never hire with this company again and neither should you.

::Super easy experience. Let us pick up the car early, gave us a free upgrade and the drop off was simple. Never felt pressured to buy additional insurance. The cars aren’t pristine but more than worth the price paid. Great, thanks Omega.

::We recently rented a vehicle from Omega in Queenstown, NZ. The young lady at pickup was very friendly and there was no fuss, while the drop off in Christchurch was quick and efficient. The Toyota Corolla we booked was not the newest vehicle on the road but drove very well and was well maintained. Most importantly, we appreciated the great value that Omega provided when compared with the opposition. I would definitely use Omega again. Highly recommended.

::Good location for pickup in the middle of Queenstown. Dropped back to airport for free. Friendly staff. Great economical little car that had been well maintained. Drove it to Dunedin and back. Took 8 hours all up and used around $120 AUD in fuel.
