  I ordered 4 items in 1 order from Osavmo. This means that items were supposed to come in 1 package altogether when everything is ready. When the package arrived, they informed me by email that there were only 3 items have been shipped. Where is my missing item? I sent 2 emails to their customer email address, it has been almost a month since and I have not received any replies from them. I phoned them twice, but their phone line seems to be busy. It’s just ridiculous that they mark the orders as “partial”, but just ignore their customer. At least provide with some updates or the option of a refund. I have shopped multiple times with Osavmo and this is the third time this happened. Thank you for your prompt response. I added comment on your Google review in the hope of getting your reply. I will remove the review. I just have a few questions regarding your reply. Only the recipient’s name and address were changed, but other contact details (including email address) remain the same. If you were unable to contact me, how did you provide the refund code? Since I can still receive invoices and order confirmation with the email address used for registering the account, how come I cannot get a reply when I sent emails using the same email? Thank you.

  Parked outside the shop legally on the roadside in an all day park and returned to the vehicle in the afternoon to find the car had been vandalised by the shop owner (windscreen, roof, doors, bonnet all covered in used cooking oil from his wok). Disgraceful! I have notified the council and they said it has happened to others before at this shop and to contact the police. Now in contact with the police. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

  Most popular Asia Supermarket in Wellington, love the $40 dolls free delivery very convenient. All way had good service no mattee shopping in the shop, or through from online.
