  Went to the doctor to get dressing changed. Booked an appointment for it. The receptionist was good. The nurse was a horrible rude person. After waiting 20 mins for the appt she made me feel really bad about bothering her. I understand u r busy but no need to be rude about it. We all got our stuff.

  Wonderful and knowledgable Doctors, Nurses and Staff, pleasant comfortable premises, I have been with them since arriving in Tauranga some 17 years ago now. These are professional caring people doing a difficult job in the community. I highly recommend this practice to anyone as your local Google guide. The staff and nurses in Medlab and the adjoining Pharmacy could not be kinder or more helpful. My best wishes to all for 2016/17

  Nice people, reasonable access and seems to always be a car park.
