  I usually love Oxford pies, but tonight dinner was inedible. Curry mince pie mostly jelly and no flavour, it was awful. I think an ingredient or 2 were missed out. Hoping for a better experience with the apple and blackberry. I do not think that this is normal I have bought pies many times before and never been dissatisfied until tonight

  For the first time I bought an apple and blackberry Oxford pie. I am on night duty this week and it was in the way of a treat. It looked good -calling out my name from the cold cabinet. Unfortunately the look did not match with the taste. The "creamy" topping was synthetic in taste, the filling was a cross between a jam and jelly in consistency and was of an indeterminate taste, certainly apple and blackberry did not shine through. The pasty was ok. Overall it was very disappointing, especially considering the price.

  The best should be world wide like ms macs but better real steak not minced steak
