::EDIT: While customer service and staff attitudes have vastly improved since new management took over I have downgraded my rating to one Star based on the following. 1. The queues are a nightmare and the wait is getting longer and slower. Honestly I have been through the queues at Bangkok and Singapore airports quicker than a small town supermarket. 2. Create separate checkouts for smokers as there sudden last minute forgetfulness to buy their death sticks holds up the lines even further especially when its busy.
