  Delivers a quality experience for its price range. Located in a quiet spot away from main roads. This motel is clean, modern and spacious with a generous bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal for one night stopovers or business travelers with a vehicle. It's worth noting that aircon is not provided so travelers from a colder climate may find it uncomfortable in summer as Napier is known for being warm.

  Rooms are very dated and don't have air conditioning except for a wall fan heater that was less than ideal, no iron or ironing board to freshen up your outfits. Service was poor when I told them the sliding door was hard to pull across, I was laughed at. They allow noisy patronage and smoking outside the rooms which is disgusting. There should be one designated area for smokers away from the rooms. The waiting period for your dinner to be served was close to an hour wait and they were hardly busy. I will not recommend Palm City Motor Inn for our company again.

  New rooms but lots of things didn't work. The phone was broken. The toilet seat was broken. There was no fan in the bathroom. No air con and it was so hot.

  A nice apartment complex with easy reach to Napier town centre (walking) or Hastings (car). Everywhere was clear and the staff helpful, friendly and welcoming.

  We were 2 adults and 3 children. Very comfortable, clean, with great facilities in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The children lived in the pool and played on the little playground. The laundry was excellent and I was able to keep an eye on the children in the playground. Reception (Sue), brilliant manner. We will definitely go back to Palm City Motor Inn.
