  Despite me having little knowledge of the part I was looking for the person I dealt with over the phone took time to find out what part I needed, priced it with freight. When I paid for and ordered the part it arrived very well packaged and was just as described. Thankyou very much for your assistance

  These guy dont even deserve a 1 star rating, poorest of poor customer service, what a joke!! Palmerston north store sort it out!

  I bought a Radiator for my Subaru last year October & i got a wrong radiator and had to do some work done to fit in to my car. i specifically ordered a radiator for a subaru legacy AUTO gear radiator but i got a radiator which was from a manual legacy b4. & i couldn't even use it for a year it started leaking and had to replace it again. Not going to buy anything from them again & i wont recommend them to anybody either..and the customer service was really bad as well...

  Had great service and the man who served me was very helpful. They fitted the part for me while I waited.
