  Experienced extremely rude behaviour today from the lady at the counter while I was making a bill payment. Irritation expressed at every question I asked, as if she was dealing with a somewhat unruly child. This was NOT the way to make a new Kiwibank customer feel welcome!

  One of the Rude Staff Member working " Api".Nature - Arguing , keep on showing her bosines. I Went to send a parcel, was running out of time and she want me to put parcel in their nz post packaging. On response of saying that its a waste of time for me to do that. She started commenting you shouldn't say that. She keeps mubling , saying poor customer. Even thou parcel is nicely packed in box. Such a poor service to deal with her.
