::This company is not trustworthy and since they neglect the policy of warranty...I bought i super V 8 classic watch worth $400.00 which had mineral class and just a drop the class got cracked and was qouted $400.00 for replacement from they agents. I had a dispute over the damage since the watch had two year warranty and was refused for repairs. I than got my watch repaired by the sieko company in Auckland for only $65.00 and they told me they qoute was from the same company.some one is just making money and ripping customers off.

::Went in to get my watch strap resized. Only received the link and they kept the pin. Now I can't put the link put back on if I needed it larger. Very dishonest. Would not recommend.

::The teller was professional and didn't try to hard sell me on an item more expensive than I needed, but also didn't act condescending by offering me the cheapest. Good shop.

::One of the worst shopping experiences here, was approached by a sales staff (indian woman), was not friendly at all, did not give information about the products we looked at, was only looking to push through a sale asap. Kept on recommending rings we were not interested in and were obviously not on sale on the day. Customer needs were not taken into consideration here, only higher sales value for salesperson commission was their target is what it seemed like. One store I'm not going back while in Queensgate mall.
