::Utterly useless. Had a passport stolen while overseas and was assured three times that the 'urgent' application was OK and approved and would be in the mail before close of business. They then took two more days until sending it out too late. No one seems to know what's happening in the office, no one went out of their way to help. Passport never arrived in time and we had to cancel and rebook later flights back to NZ. All along the way terrible, clueless 'service'.
