  super helpful staff, gave a list of parts and they collected them up for us. even made sure what we were getting was appropriate for our needs so we werent buying anything we didnt need 👌👌 top service. good to see a store taking care of customers to such a degree despite the store being so busy

  Very good after sale service. Had an issue with my computer purchased last month and they get fixed immediately. They need more stores in North Auckland.

  Hard to fault. staff are polite and easy to chat with. Their refund policy is top notch in NZ, especially the best price guarantee allows you get your money back within 1 week after purchase.

  I have purchased many items from PB Tech, from a HP Pro notebook to various cables and other electronic equipment. I have never had any issues with items that I have purchased and also found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Prices I have found to be reasonable, although slightly more expensive than some online shops, I prefer buying some items from a physical shop.
