::It has taken far too long for delivery to happen. Was told it would be delivered yesterday, wasn't, isn't here today. Managed to pick one parcel of 2 up but they couldnt find the other parcel, even though it has been scanned into their store...

::An item I ordered was sent to the Cromwell branch and the tracking said that it was just sitting there. I called customer service who then asked the Cromwell PBT Branch where my item was, which they then replied with, "We are not going to look for them". I am absolutely gobsmacked at how unprofessional this company is and If I had not called up and asked where my item was, it would have never actually left the Cromwell branch. I will do everything in my power to avoid using PBT Courier again.
