::We appointed Pellows and Beth Richards to handle our mums funeral and that decision ensured that we as a family were able to manage so much better through this difficult time. Everything was coordinated perfectly, nothing was too much trouble but probably what stands out in particular was the way the Pellows team were able to smooth the way by dealing with all the little issues that we had not expected and would have struggled with. Professional, thoughtful and caring is how I can describe their service delivery. I recommend Pellows and Beth without hesitation. Thank you Team.

::We used Pellows when my Mum passed away. During our meeting, we were asked if the cremation should be a private or public service. We advised private - we stated for family only, no friends. After the service, my uncle discovered they were about to cremate my Mum without anyone there because we had said we wanted a private service, which apparently they take as being no one at all. They clearly didn't listen to us state we wanted family only, no friends. They then told us we had to hurry out as they were about to cremate her in about 10mins. There was no way we would get there in time. He said it was a busy weekend with burials and cremations and if they didn't do it now we would have to wait and do it tomorrow. I told him we could not take her body back to the house and come back again tomorrow. He then became very short/abrupt and said we need to deal directly with the cemetery. We drove to the cemetery and the manager said they could squeeze it in but we couldn't stand in the waiting room and see her coffin to say goodbye, we would have to stand outside the building. When I left her office crying she came out after me and asked if we had paid for the service! I told her we had and she said they could seat us in a room next door but we still could not see her coffin. She told us when they had started the cremation and then left. After some time we got up to see where she was, to check if the cremation had ended and she said it had and told my sister we were lucky to even have the chance to sit in the room! We paid for Pellows service to aid in reducing the emotional upset and stress of losing a loved one, however, their service only compounded this. We received no apology and were treated like we were the ones being awkward. In short, they did not stick to the arrangement and the service was nothing but appalling. I would not recommend anyone use their services.
