  This vet clinic is very good! We took our bird here when he was not well and they did everything they could to help him. They are very honest and we felt like they could give our little pet the best care that he could get. They offer great advice too.

  Overall a good experience, easy parking, great and very helpful vet. Really good suggestions to help out with our rabbits. Very flexible in helping and reasonable price for everything they did.

  These people are the best when it comes to exotic pets. Andrew, Allen and Liz give more than 100% in looking after the pets. These guys worked hard for good 3 weeks to save my sick cockatiel ICE. The reception is well looked after by Sarah, Olivia & Harry. The nursing team of Bianca and others do a magnificent job.

  Saw the amazing reviews so came in yesterday and was told that the next availability appointment is an hour away. I was fine with waiting as it was thundering outside and waiting room was empty. 30 min later we got called in and my boy was told it's an allergic reaction and prescribe medication. When I went to pay, I was told that because the vet had to push me in (I said I don't mind waiting so unsure why I was pushed in) I have to pay emergency cost and that they are cheaper than other places?? My boy had a reaction to the medication throwing up all night, still flinching when I touch paw so I'm not not convinced it's allergic and so I called back for second opinion and was told that to stop the med & if I take him in, will be charged another emergency fee, else wait the next day. Prices should be told to a new customer prior to them being seen so there's no unexpected fees at the end. $110 is a lot of money to some people especially when it's just for a consult on a normal opening hour day. If you only see emergency cases on weekends then it would be good to put it in reception area so people don't get any unpleasant surprises at the end added to their stress.

  They really know their stuff when it comes to rabbits! I've had some terrible experiences elsewhere with vets knowing next to nothing, I am relieved to finally find somewhere that I can trust. I had an emergency with my rabbit on the weekend and Allen the vet was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was going on. He's recovered well and I am so grateful to the team there. A tad expensive but you get what you pay for. Open 7 days which is a plus. We'll be back :) EDIT: unfortunately I had another emergency with my rabbit and rushed him to Pet Doctors. As per my first visit with them they were absolutely amazing. Andrew the vet saved Bilbo's life after an acute illness and I couldn't be more grateful, he was so professional and caring. The vet nurses and those on reception are faultless too. Thanks so much to the team there!
