  very helpful, happy staff who know what they are doing and don't mind explaining what is going on. I recommend Teresa Moore as especially helpful.

  Very friendly and personal service. The staff actually care about your pet as if it were their own. Can highly recommend them.

  Would give it a negative if I could. Was a customer for 19 years when Karen ( previous owner) ran it, then it changed hands. They are great at charging but not so much at diagnosing what is actually wrong. Ended up taking my cat to after hours, spent the whole weekend there and had procedures done which fixed his problem which was half the cost Pet Doctors had charged me trying to figure out my cat had crystals. I would not recommend this place.
