  Always get outstanding service. I got my precious little ginger cat from them . even though I bought her home over 4 years ago the staff still ask after her with genuine interest. Great selection of pet food and products

  There is a lady called Julie, she is the most friendly and knowledgeable person about fish, or cats, and anything. Always loves to see her working there and she is such a helpful person! And you can totally trust her advice, she has an excellent customer service skills and she get to know you very well!
