  Two call-outs so far, the first was an electrical outlet that wasn't working, which turned out to be a blown fuse, I was shown how to replace the fuse. The second was a warped door which wasn't shutting properly, and the carpenter let me choose whether to change the striking position or move the hinges, explaining both. The cost for consumables (silicon sealant) was reasonable as well. I'm thankful I went with Phoenix Services for these jobs.

  I got two plumbers to fix my hot water cylinder. They were efficient and professional and tried their best to work around a busy 2 year old who wanted to know exactly what they were doing. They got the job done quickly and appeared to be very confident and experienced I would not hesitate to contact Phoenix Services again.

  We called Phoenix at short notice and had a long list of jobs requiring many types of skills like,builder,electrician and joiner to be done within 4 days,No job was a problem they had all the staff available to complete all the work required.The main tradesperson was very professional and we had no problem leaving him alone in our home.the work was completed to a very high standard and alot quicker than we expected. Definte value for money with the invoice coming in alot cheaper than we had expected.We wouldnt hesitate in using Phoenix services again.
