  Pretty good range of products, plenty of staff, but sadly seemed not particularly interested in assisting when asked, and they didn't have the Canon version of the item I wanted. Not typical of my experiences there, certainly, but disappointing nevertheless.

  Went to the store to purchase a slide viewer I had seen on the website. Asked assistant to show me the slide viewers. Was pointed to a shelf that had 2 slide viewers, but did not have the one I has seen online. Asked if this was the entire range. Was told yes. Looked up website on my phone and showed assistant the picture of the one I wanted. He went out the back and returned with the item. The assistant obviously had no idea of the stock. And why where all the items on the website not on display in store?

  Bought a battery charger from here. Asked for the cheapest option and was given one for $89. More than I expected to pay but I needed one that day for a job so took it. When I got on the job it didn't work for some reason or another so returned it and was then given one for $69 that worked (So there was actually a cheaper one). Given that it hadn't worked for the job I needed it for that day I would have preferred a full refund but was told it wasn't an option. I'm happy to pay more for local service and supply as opposed to online but I got the feeling that who I dealt with wasn't being genuine with me so I won't be going back.

  Visited twice over the last 2 weeks and served by different (dare I say it older) gentlemen both times. Both highly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Standouts for me these days when customer experience tends to take a dive more often than not.

  Best place in Auckland for all camera and accessory purchase. The person at this store was super helpful and helped me to understand the difference between the models and also guided me to the right camera suiting my needs. Recommend these guys to people who want to go and have a try on different camera models to have an exclusive on hand experience of the camera before purchase.
