Worst experience in a garage. Definetly will not be recommending to anyone. Never called to let me know what was wrong or when they fixed the problem. Took the parts out without my consent. Had my vehicle for a total of 6weeks. Called multiple times following up, left my number twice with zero contact back. If there was a negative star I'd give that.

I cannot comment on their ability as automotive electricians, I'm sure they are excellent, although I never got to find out. I booked my car in for a battery check and voltage/current leak test a week prior to the appointment. I was told at the time that it was about a half an hour test. I arrived at 9:30am as organised and left the car with them, they were to call when completed. Me and my daughter went for a walk in town to pass the time. At about 11:00am, an hour and a half later, we returned, having not had a call, but still hoping the work had been done. They had not looked at the car yet. I questioned that why when I organised the appointment for 9:30 a week ago that they had not even begun the work by 11. I was told that jobs were allocated in the order that they arrive on the day and that if I had arrived earlier on the day it would have been looked at sooner. I didn't know what to think. Amazed really that it would be that way. Disappointed and left wondering why they actually bothered to make an appointment time at all? Not once was it mentioned to me that work would be allocated that way, or that I was expected to leave the car indefinitely. An appointment is an appointment right? Guess this is a cautionary tale of sorts, just a be aware message. I had another appointment to get to, couldn't wait any longer. I collected my keys, jump started my car and left with crossed fingers.

Had just a small job at this place yesterday. Super impressed, fast service, great rate and I recommend to anyone else needing an honest electrician. I hope to give them more business one day, meanwhile... rock on.
