  A wonderful boutique Pilates studio. Always impressed with their skill and the variety offered. Great space and great instructors.

  I went to Pilates Flow for around 18 months and only stopped going because I moved from Wellington. What a great team of instructors! I suffer from a type of juvenile arthritis and working with the team from Pilates Flow really helped me to control my symptoms. Thanks guys for everything!
