  I found their on line application process very easy and simple to follow , and after comparing their price against all of the other suppliers in NZ for the same amount of cover , Pinnacle life was at least 20 % cheaper .. Its a No Brain`er really , why would anyone want to pay any more of their hard earned dollars to anyone else .. its refreshing to know that there are still insurance companies out there that offer better value for money .. well done Pinnacle its a win win for all concerned ..

  It was super easy to apply online with Pinnacle. No hassle, everything was done online. Also got a call from customer service to see if I had any questions regarding my policy, great service. Competitive prices too, best I could find.

  Recently signed up with Pinnacle for myself and wife. easy to go through questionnaires, vary prices with cover, and get payment in place. hopefully we won't have to drawn on the policy for a LONG time.

  I found the whole process easy, forms were straight forward, cost of premiums are great. Found their customer service department helpful and I didn't feel rushed. Would highly recommend company.

  Very easy process of getting life insurance -- even when my application had to go through underwriting due to family health history, I got a call the next day to get everything settled. The rates I got were very fair. I did extensive research before getting life cover and I know that they're still the most affordable. The 98% payout rate was what mattered to me more than the price. I've personally seen their claims process at work (another family member is insured with them) and I know that they're true to their word. At the end of the day, I want to make sure that my family gets the money to help them carry on.
