::Orderes and paid for a value pizza and chips. Went to collect it, and some cheeky female walking past the store decided she was me (obviously when my name was called) and took off with it, free of charge! Pizza Hut you need to find a different way to deliver your instore orders to the correct customers!!! Not impressed having to deal with this bs with the manager, arguing with him!

::Disgusting!!! I ordered a gluten free pizza for my children and waited instore for it. They didn't change their gloves at all while making it and didn't wash or change the pizza cutting blade either. NOWHERE DOES IT SAY THERE IS OR EVEN MIGHT BE CROSS CONTAMINATION IF A FOOD PRODUCT IS LABELLED GLUTEN FREE IT NEEDS TO BE MADE AS GLUTEN FREE AS POSSIBLE. This is misleading and very dangerous for coeliacs and I bet this happens with the 'vegan' pizzas too. Not impressed Pizza Hut train your staff and management much better >:(.

::Big sign on the door to wait in your car, and they will text/call when your order is ready. After 30 minutes past when it was due, we went in to be told they were "really busy" and hadn't called anyone. There was a big stack of pizzas sitting in the warming drawer of which one was ours. As we had been sitting outside for the last 30 minutes, we disagree that they were too busy to tell their customers their prepaid food was ready. Nice that the manager was standing there as this was being explained to me, and offered no apology. This is not the first time we have been let down by your service. I'd be happy to never order from you again, but my kid (who is obviously not affected by your service) really enjoys your product.
