  ABSOLUTELY APPALLED- I have been very patient with you. I booked in a piano to be moved some time ago with the only condition being that it is moved before the 17th. It's now 6:30 pm on the 18th. I needed this moved as the house it is in is now owned by someone else. I rang this morning and was told that you had a better job that was more important than mine. I understand that business is about money and would have been okay with this had you advised me of this prior to the 17th so I could arrange a reliable alternative. But I was not. I was the told that it would be move today between 4-6 pm. But I have just received another abusive phone call from a very disgruntled agent and purchaser. I am so offended that you would treat me like this. You have not called me at all without me calling you. You never answer your phones so how am I suppose to get hold of you? Call me ! This is the worst service I have ever had. It's insulting in every aspect!

  The team at Platinum Logistics Ltd, are wonderfully fabulous team and all there guys are excellent for specialty moves. On several occasions we have had Platinum work with us as a local museum to transport heritage objects ranging in sizes, fragility and medium and I have always felt they are 100% supportive and professional during every stage of the move, from quoting to going the extra mile in delivering our objects or exhibition furniture to sites that can vary in difficulty. Keep up the amazing work! It is always a pleasure!
