  This review has been delayed too long. I went into the Platypus Shoes Queen Street branch shortly after Christmas and the staff member attending to me went well beyond the call of duty. When there were no pairs of the shoes I wanted in my size in the store, the staff member ran out of the building and to another location where she found some! Incredible service! Platypus was already my favourite shoe store but this really solidified my feeling. Thanks!

  Horrible. I was avoided for about twenty minutes while standing there holding two pairs I was intending to buy. That and the music was far too loud. Idiots work there because apparently I didn't let them know that I needed help.

  Best service! All the staff were so friendly and helpfull found exactly what I was looking for and I got a free pump water bottle, even better definitely be going back there.

  Went there last week with intention of getting some trainers. Got inside, the music was so loud, I couldn't hear myself thinking. When I said to a sales person the music was so loud it was hard to communicate, I was answered with the utmost disdain "yes we like it loud". Well fine then, keep your loud music but I'm out. Went to sketchers where I had a warm welcome and a customer dedicated team.

  Haven't actualy been there but A+ for including platypus in the name. Also love the shoes. Thinking about buying a pair...
