  Go to the Queensgate one instead! The range at this one has become quite limited, but the Queensgate one has loads more styles, friendly, knowledgeable staff (I find I get ignored at the Cuba/Manners one), and unlike the Cuba/Manners branch, Queensgate doesn’t play music so loud you can’t even hear the person next to you.

  My experience was so/so..great range of shoes, experienced manager. but a staff member I delt with seemed to not know the product. I had to return my ordered in boots even after I tried doc boots on in store to make sure of the size. Refund was slow. Upselling by staff was a bit much pressure. I'd be hesitant to spend $ here again.

  Fantastic service. Very patient and found me the perfect shoe. Maybe the music was a bit touch loud but maybe Im getting a bit old 😂

  Not gonna lie music was cranking and makes ya feel great when your in their. Tunes were on point and stuff was kind and helpful. Also scored these bad boys for super cheap!
