  Horrible customer service: Plumber from 24/7 fixed a water leak in my house. I decided to make an insurance claim as water has leaked into a room and causes internal damage. I then received a call from my insurance company saying that Plumbing 24/7 is refusing to provide details of the job concerning the leak. Ernie, the lady office manager & owner of 24/7 told my insurance company they are too busy to answer questions and will only answer them if they were paid for the time. Really? She also told my insurance company that I was not charged for the second plumber attending (who did next to nothing). Makes me wonder why she needs to mention something that is irrelevant. Unhappy I wasn’t charged? Anyway, I thought I will do a good deed – I will answer the questions myself and rang 24/7 to give them a heads up. Ernie answered the phone, seems to say ok and then went on a rant about receiving too many calls from me and told me “time to move on”. The short calls I made to her earlier were all related to the plumbing job but apparently she deems such calls an annoyance. I try talking to her further and then… she hang up on me! So, this is an owner who is so concerned about making money that she forgot to provide a service to customers. I have to mention her plumbing rates are on the high side too but I paid promptly, without any fuss. There are better plumbers around. Plumbing companies like 24/7 who can afford to hang up on customers is not one of them. Beware.
