::I had a poor experience with the Plumbing Express. It wasn't a good start because the plumber basically was late for 50 minutes. I called the company number to find out whether he was still coming.Then I got told he couldn't make it.I still used this company because it was referred by a friend of mine,and I just couldn't be bothered to look for another company to get our job done.It was okay to be running late or even canceled it because things do happen.I was not happy that I had to be the one to find out rather than being informed about it. Some other unpleasant things happened in between,but I was still very thankful because the communal drive way leaky pipe was fixed. The thing that really was not okay is when we got charged the estimated hours of work instead of the actual hours on the invoice. It was very difficult to get a response from them after I tried to find out their side of the story.It was lucky that one of our neighbours was home during that time, to record the actual hours of labour and emailed me about it.If not,how can we prove it?I was waiting for someone to arrange a time to commence the work as it says online after I accepted their estimated offer, but that didn't seem to happen.I just came home one day,and got a big surprise to see our leaky pipe was fixed. They did finally agreed to refund the overcharge.I just asked them to keep the money.And instead if they could do us a report for our leaky pipe that would be helpful,but nothing happened at the end. Although it was not a good experience.It was still a professional job done for our leaky pipe. If I could suggest one thing to this company.I would say:"Honesty is the best policy!"And please keep your words! I am not a person who would write a review about my experience online.Your company is the very first one for me to feel I must write a review about my experience.

::Vince and Josh have a bloody good team of responsive young guns ready to fix all my plumbing problems when called on. Been working together since ages ago. Every month there would be some kind of plumbing fix, repair or upgrade needed on one of our managed houses. They are digging out a cracked sump for us tomorrow, no more backed up drain in Mt Vic anymore. Yippee. π
