  Staff was welcoming and nice. What an experience I had. I purchased a silver necklace with the most beautiful pendant. When I bought it we thought the chain is silver as well. However, after realizing it wasn’t I contacted the store and they graciously agreed to send me a replacement chain. Honestly, New Zealand left the most beautiful memories in me and with this gesture I feel there is nothing else that could match this experience.
