  Absolutely dissappointed. Very rude lady im not gonna whos name is it because im not rude like her. I just wanna share my bad experience over there. She made me feel bad the whole time for just picking the wrong postage bag eventhough i said ill just have to pay for it and im sorry. Very rude customer service. The company should trained more on there poor customer service.

  Poor service and wrong advice and the manager is rude. Not the first time the manager has come across unfriendly and need customer training. If happen again ill be laying a complaint about pass experience...
