  Napier port is very close to the city. One can enjoy a great seeing of beach, garden,fountain, shopping centre , golf club,restaurants and some old memories .in the night one can see the big pine tree with a beautiful decoration lighton it...And is close by from a walking distance. Outside the port gate,there is a seamen club(the mission to seafarers) and 10 minutes of walking a great city of NZ. This port is for oilcargo ship, log carrier ship and as well as passenger ship.

  . (03/2017) Nice port to visit and get idea of how huge containers get delivered so easily through well followed standards and directions. Normally busy and filled with containers. Beautiful scenery all around.

  It was good being picked up from the cruise ship and taken into town. The transfer was quick and easy. A parade of cars farewelled us.
