::I was extremely disappointed.. Two days after ordering a product from here i called and cancelled because i used someone else's card and they did not want charges to their account only for it to be charged a month later anyway and afterwards when i called to dispute the charges the first gentleman i spoke with told me that my order was never cancelled but mind you i still had no product and when i asked for a supervisor he hung up on me, the second call i spoke with a woman who accused me of lying because i told her i was never given a confirmation number when i originally cancelled my order two days after placing the order and when I asked her to speak with a supervisor she told me to call back in an hour i specifically asked her was that the end of our call and when she stated "yes" ... i responded " well we've talked for 15 minutes you've told me my order was cancelled as of today by the previous man i spoke with and i just told you he hung up on me and never gave me a confirmation number either and you have just assured me this was the end of our call and not once did you give me a confirmation number but you claim there was no way i called and did not receive one when i initially called two days after the order and cancelled my order". Needles to say i called back an hour later only to be told to call back in another hour and when he asked to verify my address(which he was the only one who did this) this time the young man realized my apartment number was wrong and advised me to track down complete strangers to retrieve the product nonetheless i have no product and they charged my friends account when i called and cancelled 2 days later before the product would have been shipped in the first place.. Im highly dissatisfied the customer service rep were extremely rude and disrespectful. And instead of being able to buy diapers for my 2 month old baby i now have to pay this money back that wss taken from my friends account. Im very upset behind this matter.
