Had to return to get towbar lights fixed as they werent going when they towbar was installed. They tried to blame trailer yet trailer is like brand new and works flawlessly on another car. Staff are rude. Very unproffesional

Very unprofessional, would score a zero if I could. went in to inquire about getting my tow fixed, got a verbal onslaught from the foreman about 'not being our bar how do you expect us to fix it'. Beat a hasty retreat, never to return even for free service.

OMG!!!!... If good service and professional fitting is what you want, THEN DON'T GO HERE!!! .... They don't answer their phones. They damaged the wiring to one of the sonar sensors, which resulted in me damaging my bumper. My sensors still go off intermittently when there is nothing behind me. The first time I went to use it, I hired a trailer, and found the RH indicator and taillights were not working, found 2 wires going to the plug were not connected to my van's wiring (the wire's insulation was still intact). Had to get it fixed before I was allowed to take the hire trailer, thereby causing delays. Also, while on holiday at the top the Coromandel, I had a flat tire. WHAT A BLOODLY mission to get the spare wheel off, which is underneath the rear of the van and next to the tow-bar. The tow-bar is mounted too close the spare wheel frame. I had to lay on my back under the van and hold the weight of frame and tire up with one hand while removing the hook "completely" with my other hand, before I can drop the frame and get the spare tire. For every one of these events, I tried calling but no-one answered their damn phones. And also like Bob Wallace, the tow ball had signs of rust before I even used it. Where the hell is their quality control??? They have "PRO" in their name, but it is only a word to them, and NOT a standard they work to.
