  Jayme Tabernacle @ Property Brokers, Napier has been managing my investment property in Pirimai, Napier since Dec2016. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Jayme. She has guided us through the process of keeping our property compliant to the standards as required under the NZ Rental laws. Her liaising with my tenants & communicating between us has been remarkable. No issues have ever been delayed & we are glad to see a happy family rent our home.
