  He is very angry when need to cancel. Also 50 dollars cancellation fee needs to be paid

  Excellent!! Contacted Ramiro Tuesday evening wanting to have my carpets cleaned Wednesday morning as we were moving into this house that day. He contacted me immediately and was able to fit me in Wednesday morning. Carpets look really good and smell great after he finished. Service was 5 star, prompt, reliable and local.
