  The Indian white lady with specs is very rude. Her behaviour is very bad to all who approaches her. She don't really deserves to be sitting there. She's spoiling the name entire name of the office. All other staffs are really good.

  Staff are untrained and do not know anything about banking. Three times I have been in there and all three times they haven't been able to do the simple thing I wanted. DON'T GO HERE!! Kiwi bank give these people some training!!!!!!

  Bizarre. I went to the counter to order a same day courier, as I had done before, and was told for same day delivery I now had to go to a wall phone and call the courier, and pay and organize the pickup from this PostShop myself. A next day courier the lady at the counter could organize, but she wasn't allowed to organize a same day delivery any more. Just bizarre.

  I came in during the end of the day around mid December about my card failing to work properly on the machines and received sarcastic, horrendous and extremely poor service from the worker in the booth. I hated the experience and in my view they are lucky to have off gotten the best out of it because I was getting angry towards the end. Worst service ever experienced.

  As others note, truly awful customer service. I presented all the required pieces of my application for an 18+ card, and was told it was inadequate. Went to a different location, and it was fine, no problems. Avoid this location, it's not worth your time or money.
