  Got a teeth clean/scrap was left with yellow plark bit around the gums, I went back to ask if they could remove the bits,answer was no. My old dentist got it all no problems, worth driving to Wellington to get done next time for me.

  If I could give them minus 5 stars I would. I went in on the Monday the 11 of Feb 2019 for an extraction and the dentist messed it up quite badly. So I left in a great deal of pain with a half removed tooth. The day I was supposed to return (The following Monday) was canceled so after a run around I was given half an hour to get there to see another dentist. He did a fantastic job. However I was very surprised when I went to pay the bill that not only did they charge me for the first failed appointment but they were charging far more for it. After all the pain I went through with this incompetent dentist and suffering with a half removed tooth for 4 days I expected an apology and no bill at all (I didn't mind paying for the second appointment though). Disgusting behavior and something I am considering taking up with the Dental Council.

  Big thank you to Lillian Pang and the team of friendly helpful reception and dental assistant staff. You have made my experience so pleasant while I was in a lot of pain. I cant recommend this dental surgery enough, they are the best. 😃👍👍
