  Alert to illegal charges and demands, record everything and do not hesitate to bring issues to mediation or tribunal. That's my advice.

  Purpose of using property manager, because they act on behalf of landlord and handle all the process however Queen St Realty doesn't really good job and rather manage by myself. lack of communication and unprofessional manner. Look at other company like Wendell's they are successful because they are professional and take business serious.

  Horrible service and contact if you could rate as a zero it would be. Rude, bad at their job and worse than unreliable with contact

  Do not deal with this company. Very poor landlords/managers.. They do not do anything about any issues around your house. Also speak very poor English (they are Chinese) and when you are in their office they will talk Chinese in front of you between themselves so you don't know what they are discussing. Very rude and difficult to deal with. Run, run far away and do not deal with them. Hopefully we among the reviewing populous can do them out of business.

  Do not deal with this company. Property managers very abusive, rude and threatening. Will be reporting them.
