::Requested a ‘style, wash and cut’ without the use of a razor. Ended up getting a buzz cut without the wash and now my ears now stick out like Dumbo’s. Very very disappointed with the quality of cut. Friendly team and hot towel, but would not recommend if you want your hair ‘styled’
