::Would not recommend this library. Expensive facilities and the staff are often rude and unhelpful. Not community focused at all.

::Very helpful, friendly staff. Great book selection and easy borrowing system.

::Another anti-library, same as in Wanaka. Limited to 30 minutes wifi, and they charge for computer access. A library is supposed to provide FREE information for everyone regardless of who they are or how much $ they have. A perversion of what a library should stand for. Iincredibly, you'r better off heading to a fast food restaurant for internet services instead! For an area as affluent as Queenstown you'd think local gov would provide better services.

::Pretty decent WiFi speeds around the afternoon. Unfortunately it is limited to 30 minutes per device and the seating area was pretty crowded...

::$2 for using a computer for 30 minutes. When I asked them to just print a document they asked me $0.20 per copy and $2 for using the computer to print. I told them that I just need 1 minute to open my email account and print my document, so 2 minutes at least but no way !! For me it's really a shame and no business minded at all to send the customer in another place when they can provide this service. Moreover, every time I was there, there were groups of German and noisy people who seems to do not care about others ! And the person at the reception let them act as they want. It's definitely not a place where you can studying or work quietly.
