  Old room with paint flaking off the walls & a bad television. Not much provided for cooking. Bed was bad. Looked nothing like the picture advertised.

  It was clean and quiet. Finding the enterance qn issue and had to pay extra for parking. Great place to start exploring Wellington.

  . (06/2017) Nice hotel and friendly staff. Well maintained rooms. Entrance to the hotel is available both from Lambton Quay and The Terrace. Good and amicable service. In case the booking is done through online website using a credit card, you may be charged additional fee during billing from the hotel.

  Actually, it doesn't even deserve a star. Sorry, but I will never stay at the Quest on Lambton again. The whole apartment was freezing cold !!! There was one TINY oil heater to heat the place up (it's playing "Where's Wally" in the photo below). There was NO electric blanket on the bed - in the middle of winter with cold starched summer sheets ! Even asking for one didn't help. There wasn't even a spare blanket you could use to sit on the couch with. When you walk out of the lift there's a musty damp smell; the whole place is dated and is in serious need of an upgrade. The noise from the traffic is so loud it's hard to sleep. The bathroom was like something out of the 60s (note the 60s style window below). I'm sorry, but I would never recommend this place to any of my friends. I checked out and went to The Park Hotel, 101 The Terrace .. NOW THAT'S AMAZING ACCOMMODATION !!!
