  Great location to visit Tauranga really close to CBS and shops however did not provide car parking and the rooms very small like an Ibis hotel. Also very disappointed had no proper air conditioning had a portable unit on a chair in the lounge only. Very loud

  Had a pleasant stay. Great hospitality. Good sized one bedroom apartment.

  Reception and hotel closed after 7 p.m. Let them know that you will arrive or you will sleep outside, because you can't get inside without card of room. Gym is not working Lift is not working No free WiFi It looks like place after apocalypse in evening, because nobody from staff. It's really strange for such big hotel But I like the room, big, clean with kitchen

  Was very lucky to get put up here touring with a band for 5 days in town. Very smart, great facilities, so close to town centre and right next to Baycourt venue. Good staff, lots of marble floors.

  This is a really nice but affordable place to stay. The bar and restaurant over looks the water and on a nice day you could just stay there. The hotel also had some really nice anmenties. Service overall was great
