  Sharon Semu has managed my property in Wellington , she has done an excellent job , absolutely fabulous , very competent . She has organised repairs , new installations , done a rent review - have not lifted a finger myself . She organises everything , and I can confidently leave the property to her , knowing the property is well taken care of .

  I have found Quinovic to be a highly efficient and professional agency to deal with. All staff have delivered a consistently high standard of management. Quinovic staff, particularly Ali, are readily accessible and have always administers services quickly, effectively and professionally. This is the first time I have rented a property that is managed by an agency and it has been a pleasant first experience.

  Quinovic has gotten chewed up pretty badly here with the reviews, and I would like to offer my honest commendation of them for our experience: We just ended our lease after 3 years, and honestly, we had a really good experience from beginning to end. Things were pretty laid back, but everything was always taken care of whenever we posed a question or made a request, and there was nothing negative whatsoever in 3 years of dealing with them (Joanne was our PM). Thanks, Quinovic, for the great service. Really wish that more people would have a positive one--but ours was honestly really good.
